Ribeira do Inferno (Nascente) is a recently opened (June 2025) short, steep section at the source of the Ribeira do Inferno, graded v5a3III, with five rappels including a 100 m waterfall that can be done with 2x35 m ropes (i.e. rebelayed). The approach takes about 1 h, the descent about 1 h and the return about 45 min. Beware of rockfall on the C100, as the rock wall is fragile.
